Computers can be complex devices. However, like most complex devices they can be dissected into smaller/simpler parts that you can understand. You don’t have to understand everything under the hood of your car to enjoy the ride through the Blue Ridge Mountains and you don’t have to know everything about computers, either, to enjoy them. After pressing the above button the installation will take you to the download page.
Press the download button. ZA_Access_My_Department.exe will download to your computer.
If you are asked to “Save” or “Run” or “Cancel” select “Run”.
Then the installer will ask if you will let this app make changes to your device. Select “yes”.
After the installation process completes, you should get a message that says “This computer is successfully configured for attended access”.
